How it works

A session on gobench

  1. Before you train

    Start with a plan

Your exercises and last working numbers, ready when you are.

  2. In the moment

    Log the work

Weight and reps between sets, drop sets and extra reps included.

  3. After your session

    See what adds up

Today beside last time, with every new best marked.

  4. Next time

    Come back clearer

Pick up where you left off, with the next load suggested once you've earned it.

Your progress

Progress you can read

Pick any period, from four weeks to all time. gobench reads it for you: how often you trained, what moved, your bests, and what to aim for next.

  • A lift moves by its load, and at the same load by its reps. Never an estimate.

  • A set logged far too light is set aside and named, so one slip never bends the picture.

  • Read by AI or as a plain summary. Every number comes from your record; AI only words it. Turn it off any time.

Read by AI Last 4 weeks

Trained 8 times; stronger on 12 of 12 lifts.

  • Deadlift: new best, 120 kg × 5.

Bottom of 5 to 6: hold 120 kg, reach 6.

  • Triceps pushdown: up 2 reps.

Sets 15, 15 and 14: bring the last to 15.

  • Missed Friday's booked session.

Settle the next time with your coach.

On your own

Your pace, your record

Write your own days and log them the same way. When you want a coach, find one on gobench and agree times that suit you both.

Your history stays yours. A coach sees only what's logged while they coach you.
