Delete your account

Open gobench and sign in.

If you train, open You, then Account. If you coach, open More, then your profile, then Account.

Tap Delete account at the foot of the page, then Delete account again to confirm.

Write to privacy@mail.gobench.me from the email address on your account, or tell us the phone number on it, and ask us to delete it.

We reply to check the account is yours, then delete it as below.

Your account is locked at once: every phone is signed out, and nobody can find you by your code.

We delete your account and its data within 30 days. Sign in again before then and it is yours again, as it was.

Your messages stay in the conversations you had, so the other person keeps them, shown as from a deleted account.

Records of purchases, sales, payouts and tax, for as long as tax law requires.

The record that an AI read was written, without your name.
