gobench is where coaches and the people they train plan sessions, log what was lifted and see progress.

Coaches are independent professionals. gobench is where the coaching is recorded; it is not the coach.

You are at least 18, or your parent or guardian has agreed to these terms with you.

Keep your phone number and password to yourself, and tell us if they are used without you.

What you log, and what a coach logs for you, is your training record. You can read all of it.

A coach reads what was logged while they coach you, and more of your history only if you share it with them.

When a coaching ends, the coach keeps what they logged, read only.

gobench can write a short read of your training: what a period adds up to and what it means for your next session.

Every number in a read is computed by gobench from your record. The AI only words it.

To write a read, we send an AI provider the facts of that period, your goals and your training experience, with names replaced by codes. The providers are Anthropic, OpenAI and Google. The privacy policy says what is sent and what never is.

You can turn AI off in Settings at any time. That stops every AI feature reading your training and deletes the reads already written.

Purchases through the App Store or Google Play follow their terms and their refunds.

Coaches who sell programmes also accept the seller terms.

The privacy policy says what we collect, why, who processes it and your rights. You accept it with these terms.

When these terms or the privacy policy change, we show you the new version before it applies.

You accept the new version to keep using gobench.
